The public may request to have items added to the meeting agenda by completing an Agenda Request Form. Completed forms must be turned in to the City Clerk before 4 p.m. on the second Friday (10 days) prior to the meeting to be considered for the current month’s meeting. Forms received after this time will be considered for the following month’s council meeting.
The public may address the City Council during a meeting regarding items listed on the agenda by completing a Public Input Request Form. The Public Input Request Form must be received by the City Clerk prior to the start of the Council meeting. Public Input Request Forms are not required to speak during public hearings. Public Input, including input during a public hearing, is limited to five (5) minutes per person or group.
