All Public Records requests and questions should be delivered to Ponchatoula City Hall, 125 West Hickory Street, Ponchatoula, LA 70454. You may also email the completed and signed form to [email protected]. Please address to City Clerk, Jeffrey Douglas.

The City of Ponchatoula will provide copies of any municipal public records in accordance with the statutes of the State of Louisiana laws.

MAYOR ZABBIA DECLARES STATE OF EMERGENCY
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that beginning on March 11, 2020, and continuing until June 30, 2020, pursuant to the authority granted in La. R.S. 29:737, a State of Public Health Emergency is hereby declared for the City of Ponchatoula.

City Hall business operations have been minimalized to essential services only.
City Hall has been closed to walk-in services, non-essential services, and non-emergency services.
Emergency services are being routed through the Ponchatoula Police Department
City of Ponchatoula payments is still available through the City Hall drop box and online
New account services are still being processed. Email Katherine Fagan for new account services.
