All Public Records requests and questions should be delivered to Ponchatoula City Hall, 125 West Hickory Street, Ponchatoula, LA 70454. You may also email the completed and signed form to cityclerk@cityofponchatoula.com. Please address to City Clerk, Jeffrey Douglas.

The City of Ponchatoula will provide copies of any municipal public records in accordance with the statutes of the State of Louisiana laws.
