The holiday season is upon us in Ponchatoula, and there’s a special excitement in the air as we look forward to celebrating Christmas together as a community. This year, our covered pavilion between the old train and Roux and Brew has a beautiful addition, thanks to the efforts of 2024 Strawberry Festival Board Chairperson LouAnn LeBlanc—a stunning Christmas tree that stands proudly as a new festive centerpiece. With its twinkling lights and vibrant decorations, this tree is set to become a beloved icon in Ponchatoula, a symbol of holiday joy that we hope will grace the pavilion for years to come.
As we approach the season's festivities, be sure to stop by for a photo in front of this picturesque tree, which captures the warmth and spirit of Christmas in our town. And mark your calendars for our annual Christmas lighting ceremony on December 6 and parade on December 14, when the tree will shine even brighter, surrounded by the laughter and cheer of our community. We’re thrilled to share this magical season with each of you and look forward to creating memories that will make this holiday season unforgettable.
