City of Ponchatoula Temporarily Suspends Water Disconnections Until May 21, 2020

Due to the risks related to public health associated with the COVID-19 virus, Governor John Bel Edwards has declared a statewide Public Health Emergency. Given the severity of these events, the City of Ponchatoula will not disconnect the water service for non-payment due to this event. We will resume disconnecting services for non-payment on May 21, 2020. The City of Ponchatoula is concerned for the well-being of its customers to ensure your ability to wash your hands by following the Centers for Disease Control recommendations to help prevent the spread of this virus. The City of Ponchatoula will continue other operations as normal. Below is a link to additional information about your drinking water.
